YES, as long as the items are placed in the same order (same checkout time). Otherwise, items placed in different orders will be shipped separately.

After placing your order, you will receive a SMS confirming the receipt of your order. Once your items are dispatched with our couriers, you will receive a SMS with your tracking number. Please make sure that you check your messages to be updated with your order.

Our courier will attempt to deliver your order again in case you are not home or no one is available to receive your order. We only do a maximum of (3) three delivery attempts.

Our lashes are made of premium poly-fiber synthetic lash designed to imitate real mink fur. No mink was harmed in the process of making Samboujee Lashes so you can be sure that this is vegan and cruelty-free. The lash band is made of cotton for a better lightweight feel.

YES, our lashes are reusable for 15 - 20 times depending on care. Hence we made sure that each of our lashes has their own case packaging that is travel friendly which you can use to safely store your lashes.

Place the lashes on a clean surface. Soak a cotton swab with enough eye-makeup remover or alcohol. Using the cotton swab, rub the lash bands to remove the excess eye-makeup and glue from your faux mink lashes.

YES you can! We all have a unique set of eyes that is why we made sure that you can modify the lashes according to your preference.

First, take the right lashes then size it next to your right eyelid, close to your lash line. Make sure to line it up from the inner corner of your eyes then size it up to the ends. Cut the excess part that is longer than your eyelids. Repeat the process for your left lashes and left eyelid.

We suggest that you don't apply mascara on the lashes as that may affect the quality and limit the number of uses. What we can suggest is to put mascara on your natural lashes before applying Samboujee lashes.
